Discreet Life is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Address changes requested after shipment

Attempted Delivery & Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, the carrier may hold the package at a nearby pickup location and leave instructions for collection.

If the package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it will be returned to the sender. In this case, a new shipping fee of $14.95 CAD will be required to resend the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.

Damages, Missing Items & Shipping Errors

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Customers are responsible for verifying the contents of their shipment upon receipt.

  • Any damage, missing items, or shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please retain the original packaging, as it may be required for carrier claims.
  • Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
